Beer

When we speak of beers, quality of beer is very important. Nobody likes drinking a beer that lacks in taste and depth. My philosophy is, a good beer is one that can still taste great even when drinking it from a can. Beers are split up between two main classifications, Ales and Lagers.

Ales – Can range from white ales, pale ales and dark ales. Alcohol content in ales are generally higher than that of lagers. Ales are most known for their distinctive fruity or subtle tastes.

Lagers – Can range from a golden colour pilsners to much darker stouts and malty beers.  Lagers are well known for their distinctive rich hop taste.
