MIGNONETTE (Food Recipe)

Oysters with Mignonette



2 tbsp. white balsamic OR white wine vinegar

2 tbsp. minced shallot

1 pinch of salt AND white pepper

1 tbsp. prosecco OR champagne
1. Mix together vinegar, shallots, salt and pepper in a small bowl and let stand for at least 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.

2. When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator and add prosecco or champagne and mix lightly.

3. Serve alongside oysters in a small dish.
