Google’s Nexus 6 vs. Apple’s iPhone 6 Plus

With the arrival of phablets from every major tech giant out there, we can say that phablet season is on and it will start a war to become leading flagship smartphone provider in the coming months. With the launch of Google’s Nexus 6 backed by Motorola, against the most expensive phablet of the season – Apple iPhone 6 plus, it will be tough for the consumers to absorb the different specs of these two giants.

Here we compare the specs of the two best smartphone phablets.  Starting with the most obvious and worth mentioning feature of these devices, the display, the Nexus 6 has a strong head start. The iPhone 6’s Full HD 1080p display caught up with last year’s Android devices but the Nexus 6’s 1440 pixel display offers a slight precision with this extra-large handset size.

The other half of the display battle comes down to the classic AMOLED vs. LCD arguments. We should expect the Nexus 6’s AMOLED display to feature better black reproduction and a slightly wider colour gamut. We have provided you all the features to review for both handsets in a very cozy and comfortable way, please check out the table of silent specs courtesy of the World of Smartphones.
